  • Take Exit 1 toward RI-138 S(Middletown, Newport Beaches)
  • Turn Slight Right off exit ramp onto RI-138
  • At First traffic light, bear Right, 1/8th mile on Rt side of Road (Linden Tree Family Health Center)


From the South:
  • From Newport Take RI-138 N
  • Immediately past Portsmouth Fire Station, down large hill,
  • Building on Left (Linden Tree Family Health Center)


From the West (Providence):
  • Take I-195 East
